It’s so important to have your hearing checked regularly, especially the older you get. Hearing loss can creep up on you. It can be so gradual that it’s not always easy to recognise or even accept. So if you’re worried about your hearing in any way, the best thing to do is to book a free hearing test.

If you do suffer from hearing loss already, it’s important to keep on top of any changes to your hearing. Even if you’ve come to see us before, we still recommend having a regular check-up, at least once a year.

I find hearing tests a bit overwhelming but accepted I needed to get hearing aids so went and saw Nick at Hidden Hearing. He was friendly, articulate and professional.
He put me at ease and explained everything. I have gone for the hearing aids and it has been life changing, even though it has only been a couple of weeks. The technology is amazing.

My husband and I had an appointment with Hidden Hearing. We really were not looking forward to it, especially as it was a really hot summer's day. But the premises were lovely and cool and Jennie, our audiologist, was absolutely lovely. She was very friendly with just the right mix of general chat and professionalism and explained everything she was doing so clearly.

The hearing aid purchased was amazing, advanced technology and the very best product for people with hearing difficulties. I helped my neighbour whilst she purchased a hearing aid for both ears. she described her experience as one of elation! Katie who presented the product to us and demonstrated what a high quality aid being produced by her company is an excellent employee. Above average I would say. She deserves the perfect review that I am going to give her because her skill and knowledge of this product and her presentation was amazing. I would be so proud of her if I was her employer.

Wendy Green removed wax from my ears yesterday at the Leigh on Sea branch of Hidden Hearing. She was a lovely lady, very professional, and explained everything she was doing. The whole procedure was over in a very short time followed by a short hearing test.
This is the second time I have needed the wax removed and would highly recommend this branch.
