Trade in value of a pair of old hearing aids is £2,000. A maximum of one pair of hearing aids can be traded-in and redeemed against a new pair of aids in any single transaction.

To be eligible for the £2,000, you must hand in two old hearing aids and purchase a pair of Oticon Intent 1 hearing aids or Oticon Own 1 hearing aids from Hidden Hearing.

The trade-in value can only be applied towards the purchase of a pair of new Oticon Intent 1 hearing aids or Oticon Own 1 hearing aids at Hidden Hearing.

Offer excludes all other hearing aids in our range.

Old hearing aids do not need to be in ‘working condition’ to be eligible for trade-in.

To redeem this offer, customers must attend a free hearing test appointment where our audiologists will assess if either the Oticon Intent 1 or Oticon Own 1 is appropriate for their level of hearing loss. Alternative hearing aids may be recommended outside of this promotional offer.

NHS users are still eligible for the trade-in offer without having to hand in NHS hearing aids. Users simply need to show the hearing aids and serial number at the point of purchase to access the offer.

Offer applies to the exchange of the customer’s own privately-owned personal hearing aids. It’s the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have fully paid for the old aids before trade-in. Any outstanding payment on the aids cannot be transferred to Hidden Hearing and must be settled with the original provider.

For participants trading in existing hearing aids that were originally purchased from Hidden Hearing, the original purchase must have been made at least 18 months before the end date of this offer (i.e. before 20 June 2023).

Trade-in transactions must be completed at participating Hidden Hearing locations, or at a home appointment with Hidden Hearing.

Customers will be required to sign an agreement to these T&Cs.

By participating in the trade-in programme, you agree to give Hidden Hearing your older hearing aids against the purchase of newer hearing aids. We will not be able to give the older hearing aids back outside of our 60-day money-back guarantee.

By participating in the trade-in programme, customers agree to release Hidden Hearing from any liability regarding the old hearing aids traded in.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

Hidden Hearing reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
