How to change your hearing aid batteries
1. Fully open the battery compartment. Gently remove the old battery from the hearing aid.
2. Insert the new battery into the battery compartment. Make sure the plus symbol (+) is aligned in correctly according to your hearing aid manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Remove the sticker label from the flat of the battery that has a plus symbol (+).
4. Close the battery compartment. If you’ve put your battery in the wrong way by mistake, the compartment won’t be able to close. If you have inserted the battery correctly, certain hearing aids will play a jingle through the earpiece (you’ll need to check the instructions of your particular hearing aids to see whether they have this function).
