We offer a competitive basic salary with a generous commission scheme, company car/car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, core hours Monday–Friday, 0900–1700 and private health insurance (after qualifying period).

You will be:

Our hearing aid audiologists are either based in our:
- 70+ high-street hearing centres; or
- 300+ hearing clinics (which we run from within other healthcare practices), while also carrying out home visits

This key role provides the support to enable the centre to offer first class customer care consistent with the Hidden Hearing brand and its values, and to maximise sales of hearing aids and accessories.  

The Branch Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Effective and efficient management of multiple diaries
- The provision of exceptional customer service
- Optimising attendance at appointments (including seeking and securing “home-made appointments”)
- Maximising sales of accessories & care plans
- Ensuring a friendly and welcoming, well-presented branch consistent with a premium brand.

We have opportunities for Teleappointers with our biggest Call Centre being located in Nottingham and smaller ones in Leeds, Dundee and Wolverhampton.

As part of the Teleappointer team you will talk to our customers and book them in for appointments to see our Hearing Aid Dispensers. We offer a premium level of customer service and our Teleappointers are often the customers' first contact with the company.

Our ear care practitioners (ECPs) play an important role at Hidden Hearing.

The key function of our ECPs is to carry out a best-in-class ear wax removal service, as well as providing a range of other services to Hidden Hearing customers.

These include:

• Carrying out hearing screenings and referrals to Hearing Aid Audiologists for testing, where appropriate

• Customer service and support, including maintaining full and accurate customer records.

• Accurately assessing customers’ wax removal needs and helping them to manage their ear health in the future

• Complying with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements.

This opportunity will suit you if you’re currently a hearing care assistant. However, full training will be provided for candidates who can demonstrate the qualities necessary for carrying out the role.

Hidden Hearing provides a fully funded work-based learning programme of HCPC approved education and development for everyone successfully recruited into Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser roles. Training includes the clinical, technical, psychological and sales aspects of the HAD role.

In addition to a basic salary, Hidden Hearing provides and pays for:
- Disclosure and barring scheme checks
- All education and exam fees
- All training materials including stationery and text books
- Access to The British Society of Audiology online library providing a range of resources
- Professional Body (BSHAA) Student Membership is free while a trainee
- Certificate, assessment and exam costs
- Accommodation when away from home
- A subsistence allowance towards meals when away from home
- Return travel mileage rate to training location

Your commitment to Hidden Hearing:
- Complete the scheduled programme and gain the award
- Successfully gain and maintain your HCPC registration
- Contract to a minimum period of continued employment as a registered HAD with Hidden Hearing for two years
