Once more the delightful and charismatic Gaye came to my rescue today.
I rang up re one of my hearing aids (I am a bilateral user) which appeared to have lost its power.
“Come down and I’ll have a look for you” was the cheery reply.
Upon arrival and within seconds of handing Gaye my aid, she had spotted the problem and was replacing the damaged tube.
I hope the Management realise what an absolute gem they have in this lady.
It’s not just the fact she is able to fix things but the sheer charisma she exudes.
HH management, I think she deserves a huge Xmas bonus and be appointed the face of HH.

Having wax removed from ears is so simple.An excellent service,quick,easy and painless,carried out by friendly well trained staff.After,everything sounded a lot clearer.Was offered a hearing test too if I wanted to have one.I would strongly recommend them,if you have any sort of hearing problem.

Pleasant office environment. Polite staff and efficient service with full explanation of procedure that was done.
Only offered one choice of hearing aid, if deciding on one. A bit surprised that test was so quick. Proposed cost of the one hearing aid with no suggestion of payment plans that might be available. Seemed quite expensive in talking with others.
A lot to take in board as did not expect to be told I should consider having a hearing code as have had no hearing issues and only went as a matter of my age at 77.

Attended Hidden Hearing Clinic in Eastbourne Tuesday 21st Aug 2024 to seek new hearing aids to replace NHS units. Seen by Ben and after checking for ear wax he then conducted a full sound test on both ears,
Afterwards he then explained the options offered by Hidden Hearing and the workings of the various options they supply. When we agreed as to my best requirement he was able to supply me with the new set that day complete with all the charging equipment etc which was a great help as I had a important Bowls match the following day and the new hearing aids was a blessing. Using a charger instead of batteries is simple and will check on cleaning periods on the follow up meeting if a couple of weeks.
An excellent service of as hearing is an important part of life especially for senior people.
