Colleague who has now twice cleared out my ears is brilliant and has made the experience, which I find uncomfortable, bearable. Their approach is pragmatic as well as efficient and professional. Today they managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment with just an hours notice before going abroad. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I booked an earwax removal appointment. At the appointment, and after looking in my ears, I was advised that there was no wax so there would be no charge. Andy was fantastic and advised me to get a hearing test. He managed to get me an appointment that day with Steve. Steve too was fantastic. The test was thorough and Steve explained everything to me and was happy to answer all the questions I had. I am being referred back to my GP so hopefully something can be done about my hearing.

Top quality service and unmatched aftercare. Got earwax removal from a complete professional who knew exactly what she was doing. Went back next week for a check up and a hearing test with no charge. Outstanding. I honestly can't stop going on about how great this place is and the staff are lovely. Forget specsavers or what ever, this is the only place I will go from now on. 11/10

Went to book an appointment here as it was going to take more than a month on NHS. Got a next day appointment and Kirsty removed the wax from my ears that was affecting my hearing . I was amazed how quick ,easy and painless it was. All the staff brilliant and I cannot fault the service at all . And the price was brilliant. Cheaper than Specsavers Now I can hear a pin drop. Many thanks to all. I will be back.

Put at ease right from start and process explained throughout assessment. Given plenty of time to ask questions and explanations provided by a competent and experienced audiologist. Would not hesitate in recommending Hidden Hearing.

Very thoroughly carried out by someone with extensive knowledge about hearing loss and ear construction.
Took time to explain all tests to be done, explained the results in detail.
Hearing aids were tried at assessment, definitely worth visiting for a thorough and extensive examination and evaluation.
