I had a fantastic experience during my ear wax removal appointment with Megan. My ears are very sensitive, so I was a bit uncomfortable at first, but Megan was incredibly patient and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and handled the procedure with great care, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling so much better!

I was also really impressed with the overall customer service from team Yelda and Nasreen —it’s rare to receive such genuine care nowadays, especially compared to some dentists or opticians. From start to finish, I felt valued, and the experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending their services!
