Hearing tests and hearing aids available at our Hidden Hearing clinic in Stockport
It’s so important to have your hearing checked regularly, especially the older you get. Hearing loss can creep up on you. It can be so gradual that it’s not always easy to recognise or even accept. So if you’re worried about your hearing in any way, the best thing to do is to book a free hearing test.

If you do suffer from hearing loss already, it’s important to keep on top of any changes to your hearing. Even if you’ve come to see us before, we still recommend having a regular check-up, at least once a year.

How to find us
Vernon Street is a pedestrianised street, situated just off Warren Street which leads up to Stockport’s Historic Market place. Café Nero is on the corner and the Asda & Sainsbury’s car parks are close by. The free town centre shuttle bus stops outside Sainsbury’s, where all other bus stops are situated as well.

I have always had exemplary care and support from the highly professional staff here. Being profoundly deaf, my hearing aids are wonderful and have given me so much enjoyment of life in being able to make out what is going on around me. I really recommend Hidden Hearing.

I will definitely use Hidden Hearing again.They conducted a series of tests on my ears whilst fully explaining in detail the reason for the tests and the results.It was far more thorough than an NHS one I had previously .I came away knowing what my next step would be.

The hearing test was very informative and helpful. The audiogist was friendly and not in any way patronising.
The aids are very expensive but I feel confident that they're far removed from the NHS one I was using and that they will give me the help I have needed for quite a long time. I can recommend a visit to the Stockport branch of Hidden Hearing

If you need a hearing check just go. Brilliant staff and an extremely in-depth hearing check done. I’ve had many checks for work but this was by far the best.

I had an excellent check up with Mark on Friday 31st May at Hidden Hearing. My daughter was with me and Mark explained every thing about my hearing. He checked my ears and gave me a sound test. Mark was very sensitive to my needs. I was very happy with the out come. Many thanks.

I've been going to Hidden Hearing in Stockport for two years now and have found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Mark is my personal audiologist and is attentive and makes you feel relaxed, always very polite and I feel I have a really good hearing test when I visit. Can't praise them enough.
