Hearing tests and hearing aids available at our Hidden Hearing clinic in Leicester
It’s so important to have your hearing checked regularly, especially the older you get. Hearing loss can creep up on you. It can be so gradual that it’s not always easy to recognise or even accept. So if you’re worried about your hearing in any way, the best thing to do is to book a free hearing test.

If you do suffer from hearing loss already, it’s important to keep on top of any changes to your hearing. Even if you’ve come to see us before, we still recommend having a regular check-up, at least once a year.

How to find us
Just a few minutes’ walk from the Highcross Shopping Centre, our Leicester hearing centre is easily reached by bus; staff will be happy to advise on the nearest stops. There are many nearby car parks, including the shopping centre car park and the NCP car park behind the Curve Theatre.

I am sorry to say I have had to return my Oticon hearing aids due to personal problems.
The service provided by Hidden Hearing's audiologist, Anne Fitzsimons, was brilliant and I understand more about ears after a couple of visits from Anne than I had known after months of hospital appointments.
Also, my hearing was greatly improved during my trial period and l will certainly be happy to recommend Hidden Hearing and Anne.

Very pleased with my new hearing aids, much better than my NHS pair which I now keep as a back up. I only wish I knew of hidden hearing sooner. Very satisfied and service so far is excellent. Thank you to Fareeha who has set my aids up perfectly, I am surprised at how comfortable they are I forget they are in my ears.

Due to injury, I have a profoundly deaf left ear since the age of 15, I thought nothing could be done for this ear. However, Fareeha Khan the Audiologist at hidden hearing, Leicester suggested a CROS aid. Therefore, I now have a hearing aid that transmits sound from the left side to my hearing aid on the right. This enables me to hear sounds from the left side better. I am getting on brilliantly so far and have been using them for 6 months. Fabulous service and hearing aids.

Top notch service, very satisfied with the service from Fareeha. I was getting discomfort with the right hearing aid fitment, she changed the wire and rubber end and now it sounds brilliant and no discomfort whatsoever.

I am very happy with the service I get from Eleanor and Fareeha, as I was with Mike. I thought the aids were working satisfactorily however, when I was in background noise I could just about hear the person next to me. The new hearing aids dispensed by Fareeha, have been much better. The volume is much higher, my tv at home has gone from 68 to 25. I cannot fault them. Very happy indeed.
