Hearing tests and hearing aids available at our Hidden Hearing clinic in Chester
It’s so important to have your hearing checked regularly, especially the older you get. Hearing loss can creep up on you. It can be so gradual that it’s not always easy to recognise or even accept. So if you’re worried about your hearing in any way, the best thing to do is to book a free hearing test.

If you do suffer from hearing loss already, it’s important to keep on top of any changes to your hearing. Even if you’ve come to see us before, we still recommend having a regular check-up, at least once a year.

Located at the heart of Chester, you will find the branch located between the back entrance of Grosvenor Mall and the Chester Heritage Centre. The nearest car park to our Chester Hearing Centre is in the Grosvenor Mall, while buses stop on Abode Hotel.

I’ve been having my ears syringed for years and I’ve got to say best experience yet , the lady whose name I didn’t get was so gentle and amazing at her job ! Great value too and would highly recommend. Definitely be back and more often . So impressed

Met with an offer of coffee again and had an 'eye opening' (at a hearing shop!) range of tests that showed my hearing to be worse than I thought. I knew it wasn't 100% but didn't realise it was that bad. Wore a pair of working example aids whilst having a walkabout outside the Centre and the range and clarity of this noisy world outside was staggering. I couldn't feel the hearing aids and only remembered when I heard the ear arms of my glasses scraping against the case of the aid when I out them on, other than that I forgot they were there. Most impressed with Hidden Hearing at Chester and I would recommend you attend if you think you need hearing rectification.

Great to see the staff again as always friendly and chatty.
The hearing interview went off as always professional and no questions un answered. Information given on new items now and in the future given. Excellent visit .

I visited for the first time today due to a blocked ear. The staff are kind, respectful and friendly. I was also offered a tea or coffee while waiting for my appointment, which is very thoughtful.
The procedure itself was explained to me from start to end and went very smoothly. Everything now sounds very loud again, which is brilliant!
Definitely recommended. Money well spent!

Excellent service, very friendly staff, and they even phoned me to ask if I need the appointment I was due for, when I said I didn't need it at the time, they said, for me to phone anytime I needed them, very pleased with what they had done for me the previous appointment before, would definitely recommend this place.

Staff were fantastic when I visited today. Lovely woman on the front desk, offered both me and my partner a cup of tea or something else to drink. Audiologist was superb, very friendly gentleman who was top notch. All props to this place today for their outstanding work and support.

I went in for my checkup appointment right on time. Met by Daniel, the Hearing Consultant who was very friendly but professional in checking my hearing and hearing aid. He advised me of other options with more updated equipment but I declined to invest at this time. I've no negative comments. Thanks very much. IR
